As a Product Security Partner - Data + Mobility, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security of our Mobility marketplaces and Data products.
Your responsibilities will include providing security advisory and guidance for data products and mobility marketplaces, supporting vulnerability remediation efforts, identifying security needs, and acting as a facilitator in the event of a security incident.
You will collaborate closely with the Data and Product & Engineering teams (within the Mobility vertical) to ensure compliance with security frameworks, data protection regulations, and industry best practices.
What you’ll do
Provide security guidance to data teams while ensuring compliance with EU data protection & privacy regulations and established internal compliance controls.
Identify security needs/risks in data products and mobility marketplaces that require development by the security engineering teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and data engineers, to integrate security products and services into the product development lifecycle.
Support the first level of vulnerability remediation efforts by working closely with teams to assess and prioritize vulnerabilities.
Fulfill Compliance Questionnaires or Interlocution with Customers: Assist in responding to compliance questionnaires and customer inquiries related to security. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, and sales teams, to ensure accurate and timely completion of security-related documentation and customer requests
Facilitator in Case of a Security Incident within your scope.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
+3 years of experience in a product security role, focusing on securing data products and platforms.
Fluency in both German and English.
Deep understanding of security frameworks, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance controls.
Strong knowledge of data security principles, including encryption, access controls, data privacy, and secure data handling.
Experience providing security advisory and guidance in product development, considering compliance controls and security frameworks.
Ability to identify security needs and collaborate with security engineering teams to develop and integrate security solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
