Job Description

The Product Owner will have the following main missions:

  • Develop the Payment Product: • Deliver value to users by developing new features for the product. • Carry the short and medium-term vision for the product within the team and also with other Product Owners and teams outside of P&T. • Be responsible for defining and steering the product. • Prioritize product developments in synchronization with other POs, in agreement with the product-related challenges defined beforehand by the product management and technical challenges. • Define each product evolution as a User Story, prioritize them within the Product Backlog, and ensure their follow-up. • Ensure the team's velocity and delivery with their technical counterpart. • Communicate progress on product realization and the roadmap for upcoming sprints to management, other teams seeking evolution, and users. • Be accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of developments on the product.

  • Be the Team Reference: • Be the entry point and decision-maker for the feature team: define and champion business and product-related challenges within the team. • Lead the Feature Team with the support of their technical counterpart, encourage teamwork, and ensure everyone works well together to fulfil the team's mission

Desires Skills: Ideally, you should have:

  • 3-4 years of experience in payment management (monetary flows & fraud) within an e-commerce company, PSP, or in the banking sector.

  • Good knowledge of e-commerce, marketplaces, the internet ecosystem, and the digital world is essential.

  • Developed business and financial affinity.

  • Natural leadership and the ability to unite diverse profiles such as financiers or developers.

Hiring Process:
