Paid digital Affiliate marketing specialist (d/f/m)

We are seeking a professional individual to add to our global team, this role will be based in Berlin, Germany, as a Digital Marketing Specialist with Affiliates marketing as a main focus for our German brands mobile.de/null-leasing.com and potentially Kleinanzeigen.de too.

The Adevinta Global Digital Marketing Team is responsible for leading outstanding marketing activity across our portfolio of global sites. The team is in charge of setting up, running and innovating digital marketing strategy and activity with the goal to support business growth and success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for Paid Digital Affiliates Marketing for mobile.de/null-leasing.com, to implement affiliate marketing campaigns to drive growth. You will be focused on deal negotiation with Affiliates partners and Affiliates networks, executing campaigns, running analysis and reports as well as proof of concept tests to help drive global initiatives. This role also requires the flexibility to work with other markets too.
 

• Affiliates Marketing campaigns: Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners and networks, campaign execution and invoice handling.

• Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Develop, oversee, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies. Acquire new affiliates for our brands and expand existing network

• Monitor and optimize Digital Marketing activity: you will be hands-on, always continue to strive for increased performance, reach above and beyond to meet and exceed targets.

• Analyse and report results: high level of analytical skills required and ability to understand data and the story it tells. Report these findings in a clear manner and identify additional opportunities.

• Be the affiliate marketing expert: You will keep ahead of the industry landscape to identify any potential opportunities for our business. We are strong believers of testing and learning.

• Own the relationship with local country: be the first point of contact with local country teams (e.g. Marketing team, Dev team, Analytics team, Product team etc). Work closely with local marketing teams e.g. Online marketers, brand marketers, designers and other colleagues in order to bring creative marketing ideas to life, and to ensure digital marketing strategy aligns with business goals and local market landscape.

• Working with remote teams: You will be working with different teams across the global remotely.

Who you are:

• You have 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience, particular with Affiliate marketing.

• You are fluent English language skills and minimum B2 German language skills (Native German speaker is preferred.)

• You have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities in German are crucial.

• You cultivate and maintain positive relationships with affiliates and prospects.

• You work towards win-win situations and close affiliate partnerships effectively. You handle rejection and continue with the same level of enthusiasm.

• You have experience with product feed management, e.g. managing feed via tools - Channable, ProductsUp etc.

• You have experience with Paid Search (PPC), display & videos, and social media is a plus.

• You are a self-starter with ambitious initiative to continue learning

• You have experience with web analytics and tracking tools

• You are analytically minded; strong ability to identify performance opportunities and root causes to problems.

You are currently a registered resident of Germany and you are entitled to work in there (EU citizen, in possession of VISA, residence permit etc.)!
